Kaivalya Upanishad with Swami Viditatmananda
In this Upanisad, Rsi Äsvalayana is taught the vision of non-duality, brahma-vidya, by Bhagavan himself through a unique method. The whole vision is initially communicated through instructions on contemplation, then reinforced using traditional methods of teaching. Some of the mantras are used in daily püja and for receiving a sadhu, and some contain portions of other Upanisads and the Bhagavad Gita. Kaivalya Upanisad is therefore a comprehensive introduction to the vision and a rich source for assimilating it.
Aparokshanubhuti 40 onward with Swami Muktatmananda
Aparokshanubhuti by Acharya Sri Adishankara is a complete text of Vedanta, detailing all that is involved in gaining self-knowledge. The selected verses describe the nature of self-knowledge itself.
